ABOUT US
At Mould Wizards, we’re more than just a mould remediation company, we’re a family-owned, community-focused business genuinely passionate about helping people create healthier homes and workplaces.

Mould Wizards was founded by women with a deeply personal connection to the impact mould-related illness can have on families. One of our founders experienced the devastating effects first-hand after losing her mother to serious long-term health complications associated with mould exposure. That experience became the driving force behind our mission: to bring greater awareness, education, and professional support to families dealing with mould and moisture-related issues.
Today, our broader team includes both male and female technicians who share the same passion for helping people and improving indoor environments through professional remediation and education.
Over the years, we’ve worked extensively across homes, schools, medical settings, commercial properties, flood-affected buildings, and complex remediation environments throughout our community. We have seen first-hand how overwhelming mould issues can become, not only physically and financially, but emotionally for the people living through it.
Our approach is built around honesty, education, professionalism, and practical solutions.
We believe clients deserve more than a “quick spray and wipe.” They deserve proper investigation, genuine care, evidence-based remediation practices, and technicians who take the time to explain what is happening within a property and why.
Our team holds industry-recognised qualifications including:

-
IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
-
IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
-
Mould Testing Technician – NAT10913005
-
Biological Hazard Specialist
-
Ongoing training in water damage restoration, air quality, and environmental hygiene
At Mould Wizards, we are committed to raising the standard of mould remediation within our industry. We strongly believe in education-first practices, responsible remediation methods, and helping clients understand the underlying causes contributing to mould growth — whether that be water ingress, ventilation issues, humidity, condensation, or flood-related damage.

We also understand that every home and every client situation is different. Some people come to us after major weather events or water damage. Others are families dealing with chronic health concerns, tenants struggling in rental properties, or business owners trying to protect staff and customers. No matter the circumstance, we approach every project with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
Our mission is simple:

To help create safer, healthier indoor environments while empowering our community with better education around mould, moisture, and indoor air quality.
We are proud to support our local community and grateful for the trust our clients place in us every day.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and recognise the continuing connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to land, waters, and community.
